Specialized
Experience:
One year of specialized experience which includes 1) Managing customer focused Research and Development projects; 2) Conduct planning, programming, budgeting and execution process to support program goals; 3) Develop and present spreadsheets, briefings, technical documents and financial spreadsheets to high level officials; 4) Advise organizational leaders on technical practices and procedures related to geospatial research, military engineering, environmental quality and installations, and/or civil works research to support the program area. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service DB-04 (GS-14). You will be evaluated on the basis of your level of competency in the following areas:
Customer ServiceDecision MakingOral CommunicationResearchTechnology Application This position is covered by the Science and Technology Laboratory Personnel Management Demonstration Project and this pay band includes the General Schedule equivalent to the GS-15. To qualify for DB-05 level, applicants must possess specialized experience equivalent to the DB-04 or GS-14 grade level. In accordance with the Federal Register Vol. 63, No. 57, dated March 25, 1998, an employee of the Laboratory Demonstration project must have a current average performance score of 2.5 or above in order to be selected for promotion. All applicants currently employed under a Laboratory Demonstration Project must include their most recent performance appraisal score as part of their electronic resume. Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
