Experience:
One year of specialized experience which includes experience in the following areas:
planning, programming, budgeting, and executing multidisciplinary research and development programs to conduct technical investigations and develop new technologies; scheduling, budgeting, resourcing, and execution on studies of systems and processes related to the physical and mathematical sciences underlying professional engineering and have both theoretical and practical techniques in engineering research; and ensuring that the organization has world-class people trained, developed, and equipped with top-notch physical assets and facilities to effectively and efficiently execute the mission. This definition of specialized experience is typical work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service DB-04 (GS-14). You will be evaluated on the basis of your level of competency in the following areas:
Creativity and InnovationDeveloping OthersInterpersonal SkillsOral CommunicationStrategic Thinking This position is covered by the Science and Technology Laboratory Personnel Management Demonstration Project and this pay band includes the General Schedule grade equivalent to the GS-15. In accordance with the Federal Register Vol. 63, No. 57, dated March 25, 1998, an employee of the Laboratory Demonstration project must have a current average performance score of 2.5 or above in order to be selected for promotion. All applicants currently employed under a Laboratory Demonstration Project must include their most recent performance appraisal score as part of their electronic resume. Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
