The Property Manager is responsible and expected for on-site operations and performance of a 500 unit apartment community. The position holder will pursue delinquent rents and evictions and provide required information to collection company. It is the duty of the Property Manager to maintain property by investigating and resolving tenant complaints; enforcing rules of occupancy; inspecting vacant units and completing repairs; planning renovations; contracting with landscaping and snow removal services. This experienced candidate will secure property by contracting with security patrol service; installing and maintaining security devices; establishing and enforcing precautionary policies and procedures; responding to emergencies.
