Position Overview:
As a Retail Associate at Columbia St.
Roastery, you will be at the forefront of our coffee community, ensuring that each customer enjoys a delightful and personalized visit.
Your primary responsibility will be to create a welcoming atmosphere, assist customers in their coffee journey, and provide exceptional service with a smile.
Key
Responsibilities:
Greet and engage with customers in a friendly and approachable manner.
Assist customers in selecting coffee products based on their preferences and needs.
Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately.
Package coffee according to our quality standards.
Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
Offer information about our coffee offerings, including origin, flavor profiles, and brewing methods.
Ensure that all customer inquiries and concerns are addressed promptly and professionally.
Collaborate with the team to uphold a positive and inclusive work environment.
Qualifications:
Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus.
A passion for coffee and a desire to learn more about it.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a friendly demeanor.
A strong commitment to providing excellent customer service.
Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends.
