You'll take phone calls, respond to emails, and direct customer inquiries to the appropriate team member.
Other job duties include organizing files and setting up appointments, so we can process claims quickly and provide clients with the coverage they need.

Responsibilities:
Handle Incoming/outgoing correspondence, answer phones Schedule Insurance and Financial Review appointments Review and follow up on past due and lapsed policies Handle and document client service issues Assist with client retention (Facebook Review letters, 6-month check-in) Process premium payments Handle P/C policyholder questions and complaints and transfer calls to the Customer Service Center (CSC) or Billing as needed Handle policy changes, tracking and verifying until complete Change general information on existing policies (name, address, lienholder, billing mode, etc).
Changes in coverage Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Has a history of superb problem-solving skills, organizational skills, and communication skills, both written and verbal Experience completing data entry assignments Two years of prior experience in customer service or insurance industry preferred High school diploma or GED required, Associate's Degree in business administration or related field preferred Strong computer skills, including the ability to use Excel and standard word-processing programs About Company Robert Lalumendier COUNTRY Financial Representative, 1402 S Neil St STE B, Champaign, IL 61820 Phone:
