Answers service calls.
Makes service appointments.
Computes service customers' bills based on services received and parts used.
Collects payments, makes change, and issues customer receipts.
Manages and collects extended service contract payments.
Make follow-up calls to service customers.
Helps to maintain high Service CSI.
Performs projects, as assigned, for the Service Manager and Rental Manager.
Serves as a back-up for reception and the Rental Manager, as needed.
