72 an hour 21 hours ago 21 hours ago 21 hours ago The Talent Management Specialist will run the daily functions of the Human Resources (HR) Department, including recruiting, interviewing, and hiring staff, administering pay, general benefits questions, and enforcing company policies and practices.
This position must assist in fulfilling the mission of the Credit Union and act on our value proposition in order to build loyalty with our membership.
As a member of the support team of our organization, the Talent Management Specialist will:
Be focused on accuracy in all areas of the role.
Ensure clear and focused communication, both internally and externally.
Identify ways to improve processes and increase efficiency.
Offer help and suggestions that will build internal and external loyalty.
Essential Functions and
Responsibilities:
Model and deliver outstanding service to both internal and external members as defined by UICCU mission and promised.
Set the example for UICCU's culture by utilizing member service and member loyalty skills.
Actively manage payroll processing software program.
Process all payroll and complete necessary payroll reports for HR and Accounting Departments.
Responsible for all aspects of the recruiting process ensuring compliance with our Affirmative Action plan.
This will include internal/external job postings, interviewing and onboarding, as well as managing the Applicant Tracking portal.
Create and maintain human resources reports using HR software and Excel worksheets, such as status reports, compensation analysis reports, termination reports, etc.
Create and maintain monthly payroll statistics reports and year-end HR reports.
Oversee, maintain, and track Credit Union incentive program.
Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of UICCU benefits, and assist with benefit administration as necessary.
Initiate and maintain recognition and wellness programs for the Credit Union.
Maintain and ensure compliance of human resources policies, procedures, and supporting forms and documents.
Own internal and external member problems, issues, and complaints, and ensure the appropriate follow up to achieve proper resolution.

Starting salary is $28.
72 per hour.

Interpret laws and tax codes as they relate to human resources procedures.
An understanding of DOL regulations, EEOC regulations, HIPPA, FMLA, ERISA, COBRA, and other laws is required.
Maintain a thorough knowledge of the Credit Union's products and services, as well as compliance items (BSA/AML/HR and OFAC) through self-study and available training and development opportunities.
Must receive passing score on all required assessments.
Maintain appropriate level of attendanceand timeliness to ensure the highest level of service to both internal and external members.
Experience Three years to five years of similar or related experience.
Education (1) A bachelor's degree, or (2) achievement of formal certifications recognized in the industry as equivalent to a bachelor's degree (e.
g.
human resources certification in lieu of a degree).
Interpersonal Skills Work involves extensive personal contact with others and is of a personal or sensitive nature.
Motivating, influencing, and/or training others is key at this level.
Outside contacts become important, and fostering sound relationships with other entities (companies and/or individuals) becomes necessary and often requires the ability to influence and/or sell ideas or services to others.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
