RESPONSIBILITY LEVEL:
Under general direction, participates as a managing member of the Operations Team to achieve department and project objectives.
Leads engineering/design, estimating, and project management tasks during detailed development of fire/security alarm, IT/Networking, and other Telecommunications projects.
Performs detailed analysis, focused on the components of system design & implementation.
Responsible to establish an ongoing partnership with the customer on assigned projects.

PRINCIPLE DUTIES:
1.
Leads detailed estimating of projects.
Design/validate design of new installation projects, build a detailed cost estimate and scope of work for assigned projects.
Assists in preparing proposals and other customer communication documents.
2.
Lead the implementation of projects.
Prepares project scheduling documents, coordinates material procurement, manages construction and closeout.
Directs project assistant staff to ensure timely submission of project closeout documents upon project completion.
3.
Manage project budget and analyze work in process to ensure completion within budget parameters.
Implement changes and/or interventions where necessary to achieve project outputs.
4.
Performs on-site data collection at customer facilities required to perform estimating detailed development tasks.
5.
Provide direction and support to project team to ensure work is completed on schedule and superior customer service is delivered at all times.
6.
Manage safety, quality, and efficiency on all projects 7.
Provide regular construction updates to stakeholders 8.
Plan and schedule resources as necessary to accomplish work within required deadlines 9.
Manage acceptable levels of project revenue to ensure growth of the organization.
OTHER DUTIES:
1.
Develops and maintains relationships with suppliers and vendors as well as facility mid-level technical managers.
2.
Participates in relevant professional organizations 3.
Works to secure relevant professional certifications and licenses 4.
Perform other related duties as assigned REQUIREMENTS:
1.
Bachelor's degree in business, information technology or a related field as appropriate, or equivalent experience.
2.
Additional experience preferred in building systems or operational processes, ideally with technical systems in a commercial setting.
3.
Experience in design build construction and electronic security systems highly preferred.
4.
Possess strong analytical capabilities and ability to manage tasks associated with development of projects.
5.
Fully competent in analysis and assessment of facility systems.
6.
Works effectively in team settings and displays leadership.
7.
Has good written and verbal communication skills and is comfortable working in customer-facing situations.
8.
Solid computer skills, including an understanding of MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and MS Project Job Type:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
