Residential Developers, a family owned company providing quality residential services since 1986, is currently seeking an experienced House Manager to supervise Community Integrated Living Arrangements (CILAs).
You will help lead neighborhood homes for adults with developmental disabilities, in Champaign/Urbana, IL.
Requirements of the House Manager / Supervisor High school education or equivalent required Driver's license required One year of supervisory experience preferred Experience working with developmentally disabled individuals Experience working in healthcare or adult care preferred Good organizational and time management skills Basic computer knowledge Must pass a background check Benefits of the House Manager Flexible work hours Full-time Excellent salary Excellent benefits Paid vacation Training and support to be successful in this leadership role Responsibilities of the House Manager Supervise neighborhood homes, with a small team of employees Hire, train and coach caregivers / DSPs Complete recordkeeping and administrative tasks Coordinate medical appointments and fun activities for clients EOE.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
