Intertek Nutraceuticals and Food Services team helps clients involved in the manufacturing and distribution of nutraceuticals and food products and services through assurance, testing, inspection, auditing and certification. From the farm to the fork, we assist customers at all points of the food supply chain in providing quality and safety to the products and processes. The Client Services Manager serves an important function at Intertek Nutraceutical Services. You will be responsible for the development and management of leading accounts. This will require marketplace assessment to identify new potential clients, identifying key stake holders and developing relationships, the ability to technically assess customer issues and provide innovative solutions, and to assess, quote, and manage new projects. This role has tremendous growth opportunities for the right candidate and will benefit those who are hardworking and conscientious scientists. In addition to a strong academic record or experience, the right candidate will have direct chromatography experience, good problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and be able to work well within a team and independently. The ideal candidate will be engaging with excellent interpersonal skills. Someone with high energy and a high sense of urgency.
Responsibilities:
Communicate timelines, issues, and opportunities to clients Identify new potential clients and on-board new accounts Grow existing accounts through good communication and technical expertise Provide quotes on routine analysis and technically advanced projects Collaborate with marketing specialists advertise the added value of Intertek Champaign Collaborate with the quality department and group leaders on trouble shooting issues Outside method assessment and implementation Performing account reviews Providing accurate data on client performance to assist in business development What qualifications do you need? BA/BS Chemistry, Biology or related scientific degree Knowledge of analytical chemistry Knowledge of account management and sales 5-7 years of related industry experience in an analytical laboratory High degree of technical knowledge in method assessment and development Organization, communication, and analytical skills Ability to understand and effectively communicate technical and business information, both oral and written to others, including co-workers, supervisors, subordinates, clients, and vendors Intermediate mathematical skills, including:
algebraic functions, statistics (mean, median, standard deviation, variance, probability), basic geometry (area, volume calculations), and scientific calculators Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions Ability to work varied and extended hours/days, as business dictates
Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
Minimum Qualification
Account ManagementEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
