You will help contribute to the success of AHW by providing technical support to customers who use John Deere's Technology products and supporting customers' growing precision ag practices with first class resources at a state-of-the-art facility.

You will help contribute to the success of AHW by providing technical support to customers who use John Deere's Technology products and supporting customers' growing precision ag practices with first class resources at a state-of-the-art facility.
Responsibilities:
- Help customers implement the newest John Deere precision ag technologies
- Provide technical support to customers who use John Deere technology products, including but not limited to:
GPS guidance systems, yield monitors, and farm management software - Respond to customer inquiries and provide troubleshooting assistance over the phone or through remote support
- Document customer issues and resolutions
- Identify and escalate priority issues to higher level support personnel
- Assist customers with desktop software data management with utmost confidentiality
- Build customer interest in the services and products offered by AHW
- Develop and present training material relating to precision ag technology to customers as well as employees at dealer offered training events
- Previous Precision Farming or Customer Support experience preferred but not required
- Knowledge of database software and computer application systems
- Demonstrates organizational, interpersonal, analytical and communication skills
- Ability to operate with a solutions approach and identify existing/emerging customer needs
- Ability to work flexible hours
